You can have authentic Japanese sushi, soba noodles, and 'kamameshi (seasoned rice and vegetables cooked in a traditional Japanese iron pot).' 'Kamameshi' is especially gorgeous; the same kind of raw fish used to make sushi is used for it.' 'Kamameshi' is a featured product at "NOZOMI," and there are a variety of them such as 'eels kamameshi,' 'seafood kamameshi,' 'salmon kamameshi,' and 'various vegetables kamameshi.' You can eat just boild one using traditional Japanese kettle. You can also have a variety of appetizers, more than ten kinds of liquor, and 7 to 8 kinds of distilled spirit.
